Greg Bosmans is the Principal of Inesse Legal. Greg is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive in-house and private practice experience, gained across business sectors including human services, financial services, resources, retail and manufacturing. Greg’s private practice career spanned nearly 24 years at a top-tier Australian firm, including more than 15 years as a partner. He worked across a broad range of public and private M&A, equity capital markets, corporate governance and general commercial matters. As an in-house lawyer, Greg oversaw a legal team supporting a diverse portfolio of human services businesses. In that role, he provided legal support across the full spectrum of strategic, operational and regulatory requirements. He is highly experienced in managing complex issues and projects to deliver sound commercial outcomes. He has helped organisations navigate strategic growth initiatives, business transformations, significant regulatory changes, restructuring transactions, and business integration programs.

Inesse Legal provides interim legal support to in-house legal teams. Inesse means ‘to be within’. Our principal, Greg Bosmans, will join as a dedicated member of your team, not just as an external adviser. During a time of need, Greg’s goal is to step in and help - whether that’s during a major transaction, a regulatory change, an internal restructure, a significant contracting process, or simply to help manage workflow. He will work alongside the members of your team for 4 or 5 days per week, for the period that you need him – whether that’s for a few months, or longer.
